Spotlight on McLane Stadium Birthday Parties

The lights of McLane Stadium are as big and bright as Texas, and they’re shining down on 120 yards of fun as a birthday party unfolds on the turf and inside the stadium’s indoor party room.

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate your child’s next trip around the sun, then Baylor’s McLane Stadium could be the perfect venue.

The stadium’s birthday party package includes use of the field plus an indoor room with a large view of the field. The room comes outfitted with five round tables and chairs, plus a few rectangular tables that can be utilized for food, gifts, cake and presents.

The package runs $300 per hour, but the stadium does allow outside food and beverages like pizza and cake.

Party goers can use the field for sporting activities, outdoor games, Nerf wars, or even inflatable bounce houses or water slides to make the venue even more fun. Parents can also upgrade their package with Baylor Vision to put an image up on the Jumbotron during the party.

Birthday parties can be booked Monday through Sunday, dependent on availability. The stadium is closed to birthdays during major holidays and Baylor home games.

“I think number one, [McLane Stadium] is just a really cool atmosphere and a cool venue,” said Josh Bearden, Director of Operations at McLane Stadium. “Our rates are very competitive with other places and there are not a lot of limitations. Who else can offer 120 yards of field where the kids can get out all their energy?”

Parties can be scheduled for any age group, and can be booked to include up to 75 guests.

For more information about booking a birthday party at McLane Stadium, call (254) 710-8069, send an email to
operations@mclanestadium.com, or visit the stadium’s website and click on the events tab.
