Dorito Casserole

  • 2 lbs. ground meat
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 oz.)  original Ro-Tel, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar (more if you'd like it cheesier)
  • 1 large bag of Dorito cheese chips


Cook ground meat, drain fat and return to skillet. Add cream of chicken and Ro-Tel to ground meat, making sure it's all blended well.  In a greased 9x13 baking dish begin with a bottom layer of  Dorito chips, followed by meat mixture and shredded cheese.  Continue layering ingredients ending with top layer of cheese.  Bake at 350degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted completely.
Goes great with spanish rice, sour cream or guacamole. Makes 4-5 servings.
