Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1.5 c. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Mexican blend cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1 c. ranch dressing
  • bag of your favorite tortilla chips


Cook chicken breasts.  Shred using two forks or a food processor. 

Mix all ingredients together well.  Sprinkle top with a little extra cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.  Serve with chips.
