Alyssa might only be 16 years old, but she is wise beyond her years. I met the teenager during a Forever Families’ filming session at a
strawberry-picking farm in Central Texas. She shared with me that for a long time she wished her biological mother would be able to bring her home. But a phone call with her mom one day made her realize it was time for her to move on and embrace a new beginning. Alyssa is beautiful, kind and active in school. She gets along well with everyone. She is the co-captain of her volleyball team and loves basketball and cheerleading.
Alyssa is excited about adoption and hopes to find a forever family to call home. She hopes her adoptive family will be supportive of her dreams and help her keep in touch with her brother.
