Santa Fe Stew

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs. ground beef

1 small onion, chopped

3 cans beans, drained and rinsed (pinto, black, red or mixed)

1 can corn, undrained

1 can diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can Rotel, undrained

1 pkg. taco seasoning

1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

water to reach desired consistency

Directions:

Brown ground beef with onion and drain.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer on the stove for 30 minutes, or cook on low in a crock pot for four hours.
