Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb. bacon cut in one inch pieces
  • 1 lb. Eckrich style sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can large butter beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can red beans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup

Directions: 

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain. Saute onion in bacon pan. Pour undrained pork and beans into baking dish. Drain red beans and butter beans, and put in baking dish. Add bacon, onion and sausage. Mix in brown sugar and ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Can also be put in a crock pot on low in the morning for supper that evening.
