** Easy Weeknight Family Favorites Recipe Contest Finalist

3 lbs. of chicken breast
2 8 oz packs of regular cream cheese
2 pkgs. of Ranch dip mix
1 Tbsp of ground pepper
2 boxes of couscous in the flavor of your liking
8 oz. of bacon crumbles
In a slow cooker, combine chicken, cream cheese, pepper, and Ranch seasoning.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until chicken shreds easily.
Prepare couscous in saucepan, following box instructions. Once chicken shreds, stir with a large fork or spoon. Add crumbled bacon and
stir to incorporate. Serve chicken mixture over couscous.
