Fiesta Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bag frozen tator tots
  • Mexican blend shredded cheese, to taste
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, minced onion, garlic powder, etc.)

Directions:


Brown ground beef with your choice of seasonings and drain.

Stir soups into the drained ground beef and pour into greased baking dish.

Top the mixture with frozen tator tots. Place desired amount of cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and the cheese is melted.

*Bake tator tots according to package directions if you want them crispy.

*Corn, jalapenos, and/or green chilies may be added to casserole.
