Hooray! For Family is a monthly publication printed two months at a time. 12 monthly issues...only 6 deadlines per year!

Please submit by the following dates for space reservation, ad changes and editorial submissions:

Calendar submissions and camera ready artwork is due by the 10th of the same months.

Artwork Specifications

Camera-ready artwork is not required. We would prefer to design a creative, effective ad for your business. The production fee would be between $20 - $40. You may provide us with logos and photographs for your ad. If you require certain fonts in your ad, please send us the font package. Note: If any adjustments or alterations are needed to use your provided ad, a fee will be charged. Alterations to existing ads will result in additional design fees.

Formats we can accept

• Reproduction quality reflective art: photos, graphics and logos
• Digital files may be submitted on a CD. We produce Hooray! For Family using Indesign version CS3. If you submit a high resolution PDF or EPS file, you must be sure to embed ALL of your fonts or your ad will not print correctly.
• We can accept eps, tiff or jpeg files at 300 dpi with fonts embedded or pdf files with font and graphics embedded with resolution set at 2400.
• Files should be composed in CMYK (4-color process.)

We cannot accept files that are not in the required format.
