Ingredients:

2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts cooked and shredded

2 cans cream of chicken soup

16 ounces sour cream

3 to 4 cups (1 to 2 sleeves) of buttery round crackers

1 stick of butter melted

1 Tbsp of poppy seeds

Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Coat a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place shredded chicken on the bottom of the dish.

In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream with a wire whisk. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture over the chicken.

Crush crackers in a large baggie (this is a great task for kids) and mix them with melted butter and poppy seeds. Spoon cracker mixture over the chicken.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
