By Tiffany Glenn, M.S., R.D.,L.D. Registered Dietitian

We are a social media age.  Why not have nutrition information right at your fingertips?  Social media is a great way to keep abreast of information, recipes and health tips.   It can provide a wealth of information you may not have otherwise known about.  It can also help keep you motivated and accountable. I know there are many great Facebook pages, but here are a few that I like to have in my Facebook newsfeed.

  • Mommy Dietitian
  • Nutrition and Healthy Eating
  • Nutrition for Kids
  • Pediatric Nutrition of Green Hills
  • Raise Healthy Eaters
  • Dashing Dish
  • Skinny Ms.
  • Skinny Oven
  • Nutrition Diva
  • Nutritioulicious
  • Sarah-Jane Bedwell, R.D.
  • My Nutrition Kitchen
  • Around the Plate
  • Eat Right Nutrition (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics)
